Therapy with George
Therapy for people who want to feel more at home in themselves and in their relationships.

George Boyar is a graduate of the Integral Counseling Program at the California Institute of Integral Studies. He works with individuals, couples, and groups to help them relate with greater authenticity, confidence, and presence. Often combining individual and group therapy, he gives patients a space to explore themselves intimately and practice new ways of relating in real time. His style is warm, thoughtful, and direct, supporting people to develop clearer boundaries and feel more ease in love, work, and daily living.
People often come to George because they feel anxious, overwhelmed, numb, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. His work helps people slow down enough to sense their inner experience, understand the deeper patterns that shape their relationships, and develop a steadier, more intimate connection with themselves. Therapy with George aims to create lasting change, leading to greater ease within oneself, more authentic relating, and a growing sense of agency in life.
I see therapy as a shared inquiry into what it means to be alive, authentic, and in relationship. I offer a space where the work is guided by who you are rather than who the world tells you to be. I draw from psychodynamic, somatic, and relational perspectives, focusing less on fixing and more on helping you know and trust yourself more deeply.
